Overview
Designed for home gyms, garage gyms and personal training studios. Move between guided Smith-machine exercises and free-weight training using the J-cups and spotter arms. Each cable stack provides a maximum of 75 kg / approx. 165 lb: a 72.5 kg / approx. 160 lb main stack plus a 2.5 kg / approx. 5.5 lb micro-adjustment weight. The two stacks provide 150 kg / approx. 330 lb combined, with a 2:1 cable ratio. The non-counterbalanced Smith system uses a 45 lb Olympic bar for 2 in Olympic weight plates, with approximately 13–80 in of travel. Cable handles and other accessories are sold separately. Delivery and installation are available at an additional charge.
